Usually, we will assess the item damaged condition when you reported to us by email(please kindly send some pictures to illustrate), if it's repairable, we will send replacement to you. otherwise, we will consider return issue.
If the item in good condition and you feel the need to return an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Returns with an original receipt: Merchandise must be unused to receive a refund or merchandise exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Returns without a receipt: Merchandise originally purchased from Eleganbeautys USA Retail Store can be returned for a merchandise exchange at the current selling price on the day of the return only if the item is unused and unopened and with store manager approval.
Other terms: Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason
Other thing you need to know
- To return a product, send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for return. No phone cancellation or return requests will be processed. Customers must receive a written authorization back from our company prior to returning a product.
- It is unlikely that your item(s) will arrive damaged or defective, but just in case they do, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the image of the damaged products.
- The merchandise that is shipped to you is insured with the shipping company to protect it from damage that may occur in transit.
